Sbraga & Company is a dining concept born of Chef Kevin Sbraga’s passion for creative cuisine and a dose of Southern hospitality. With a contemporary approach to the cultural influences of Northeast Florida, the restaurant uses heritage crops, regionally-sourced grains, and expertly prepared meat and seafood from the wood fire grill, showcasing an appreciation for the exquisite simplicity of our region’s bounty.
I worked closely with Kevin and with the Wingard team to develop a brand that spoke to his approach and beautifully thought out restaurant.
